Creative Social Strategist (full or part-time)
Eleven Miles, one of the UK's leading independent performance creative agencies, is looking for a Creative Social Strategist to join its rapidly growing social and influencer marketing team.
We're looking for an experienced Social Strategist to join our team.
You'll be responsible for creating and delivering effective social media and influencer strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and achieve client goals. You'll work closely with our creative, planning, and content teams to ensure a strong social focus in our campaigns.
You'll need a deep understanding of how different social media platforms work, including organic content, paid advertising, and influencer collaborations. You'll use this knowledge to develop strategies that deliver results. Agency experience is essential, and you should have a proven track record of managing projects, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering impactful social campaigns within budget. You'll also need to be a confident presenter, capable of clearly communicating your ideas to clients.

Roles & responsibilities
Build strong client relationships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior clients, educating them on the potential of social and influencer marketing.
Develop strategic social media plans: Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, outlining the role of social content and influencers.
Lead creative development: Oversee and guide the creative development of social assets and content, providing clear and concise briefs to the internal creative team.
Drive innovation: Inspire and educate the team on emerging trends and innovative social and influencer opportunities.
Optimise performance: Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Foster community engagement: Manage and grow our social media communities through active engagement and community management.
Identify and manage partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with influencer partners and social platforms to identify and capitalise on new opportunities.
Manage team effectively. You will have a social media manager as a direct report, for whom you will be responsible for overseeing their day to day client project work, and supporting them in their social career development.

Growth Mindset. You’ll be an instrumental part of the growing social team, Contributing to new business and onboarding new business wins in social and influencer - you'll have an ability to write strategic decks that solve the clients problem through social media.
Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of digital and social media, including emerging trends and opportunities.
Strategic Thinking: Experience in communications planning and developing impactful marketing campaigns. For example, identifying the audience, platforms, content pillars, example creative, KPIs to form social strategy decks.
Passion for Digital: Genuine passion for social media, digital marketing, and innovative content strategies.
