Social Media Manager

Eleven Miles, one of the UK’s leading and most awarded independent integrated creative agencies is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll work closely with our Head of Social & Influencer and be instrumental in brining your specialist skillset to a growing social client base, and proactively enhancing and promoting our social offering.

 

Roles & responsibilities

 
  • Build solid relationships with existing and new clients, attending regular meetings and building excitement and engagement with our social offer

  • Brief and work alongside our talented creative teams, contributing to creative social and influencer ideas - paid and organic

  • Proactively manage client projects from concept to delivery, demonstrating bigger picture thinking beyond the various social platforms and demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand

  • Provide social listening and community management for client social media accounts

  • Deliver projects which drive reach, engagement, conversion and follower growth for your clients, evidenced by your reporting of analytics, benchmarks, trends and any agreed KPIs

  • Support the development of social knowledge and skills within the team and wider agency

  • Efficiently manage all aspects of your client accounts including resource and financial management

Knowledge, skills and attributes

 
  • Proven ability to execute strategic social first campaigns and build and manage social media communities

  • Exceptional knowledge of the social media landscape - you’ll know all about the latest cultural trends across social platforms

  • Well-versed in social media platforms, with an appropriate level of technical skill

  • A team player, able to get the best from working with creative teams, inspiring genuine excitement throughout the creative process

  • Able to contribute to social strategy direction and the creative process, including shooting social-first content

  • Present yourself with professionalism with naturally strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Thrive being busy with the ability to be reactive and flexible

  • Demonstrate incredible attention to detail with a desire to get things right, first time

  • Financially savvy - you’re focussed on the efficient and profitable running of client accounts

  • Always keen to share industry knowledge and build social media expertise in the agency
