Keeping Eleven Miles Employees In Mind

It’s important to us that we do our very best to provide mental health and wellbeing support to our employees. Everyone needs help at times - it could be overcoming challenges and setbacks, or achieving a better work-life balance. We’re passionate about our employees and have put measures in place to make Eleven Miles a positive place to work.

To better support our employees we’ve partnered with Care Coins. This service provides access to a team of dedicated professionals for confidential advice, information and specialist counselling, tailored to individual needs.

How does it work?

Employees can trade in coins and book a fully-qualified, accredited professional for 1:1 therapy, counselling, coaching or individual mental health assessments. Each ‘coin’ represents one 30 minute session with one of these professionals to be used when needed. Our team can use this time to best suit their needs - it could be for a pre-existing condition or a range of mental health and wellbeing issues that arise without warning. Whatever’s needed, they’ll speak to the same professional throughout the time they cash in their Care Coins, and will be provided with techniques and ways to work through the challenge they're trying to overcome.

Giving our employees a safe space where they can talk through aspects of their life and mental health is something we’re proud to provide. Offering this service to the team will hopefully make a positive impact to those that need it.
