Working for the 13,000 employee strong BT certainly isn’t what you think it is, and their latest campaign is here to prove it. Working closely with our Eleven Miles team, BT are showcasing exactly what’s on offer to the new talent market and reinforcing their hard working employee value proposition to existing members of their extensive team.

Being a part of BT is something to be proud of, they are a business that is leading the way, breaking new ground and making a real, and measurable difference. Yet this perception is difficult to prove and makes outreach difficult for the longstanding technology company.

You Can…

Eleven Miles have delivered BT a recruitment campaign which works strategically to highlight the positive impacts of BT’s work and the different ways in which future and existing employees can play their part in making this difference, whilst also enjoying a flexible and accommodating time at work.

The “You Can” campaign has been derived from the rationale that a career isn’t solely about personal development but also self-expression. At BT, there’s a positive environment where people can bring their whole selves to work, they can move sideways in their careers as well as upwards, to explore the business and utilise their full skillset. It’s a career that works with you, to support your experience. 

Produced by our internal team at BT’s One Braham, the campaign creative has been developed using real members of BT’s workforce, showcasing individuals whose careers have taken a unique path to one another, yet who have felt supported and who truly believe that they can be themselves whilst being a part of BT. The hero video features a number of  members of the BT team, talking openly about their diverse career paths.

The external content has been split into smaller features and static assets which work together to create a full social roll out which is being gradually revealed across BT’s social media. The campaign has also been rolled out internally, reiterating the excellent benefits that BT has on offer, coupled with stories to inspire and encourage future retention and career longevity.
